Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of our website and drone services.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dronetecpro.com (the “Site”) and the drone photography, videography, aerial documentation, and related services (the “Services”) offered by Drone Tec Pro LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Drone Tec Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
Where a signed written agreement, proposal, or quote between you and Drone Tec Pro conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement, proposal, or quote controls for that project.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, scrape or harvest content, or use the Site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason.
2. Quotes, Proposals, and Booking
Submitting a project request through the Site does not create a binding agreement or reserve a date. Each project is evaluated for airspace, weather, site conditions, regulatory requirements, and scope before we commit. A project is confirmed only when we have issued a written quote or proposal, you have accepted it, and any required deposit has been received.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 30 days if no period is stated. Pricing is based on the scope described in the quote; changes to scope, location, schedule, or deliverables may result in additional charges.
3. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in your quote or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is due upon delivery of the final files. Deliverables may be withheld until payment is received in full. Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs to the extent permitted by Arizona law.
4. Flight Operations, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance
Our drone operations are conducted by or under the supervision of an FAA Part 107-certified remote pilot in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, applicable state and local laws, and our own safety standards. The remote pilot in command has final authority over whether, when, and how a flight is conducted.
Drone operations are subject to FAA regulations, controlled airspace authorizations, temporary flight restrictions, altitude and distance limitations, and other operating requirements. We cannot guarantee that a flight can be performed at any particular location, altitude, or time. If a requested operation would require an authorization or waiver that cannot be obtained, or would otherwise be unsafe or unlawful, we may modify, reschedule, or decline the project.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the project location, objectives, and intended use of the imagery
- Confirm that you own the property to be documented or have obtained permission from the property owner or manager for our crew to access the site and capture imagery
- Notify us of any known hazards, site rules, or restrictions at the project location
- Provide safe access to the launch and landing area and, where needed, a point of contact on site
- Obtain any releases or permissions required from individuals who will be identifiable in the imagery
You are responsible for any costs or liabilities arising from inaccurate information or from a lack of required permissions.
6. Weather, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Safety and image quality come first. Flights may be postponed because of wind, rain, poor visibility, extreme temperatures, airspace restrictions, or other conditions outside our control. We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest practical date, and weather-related rescheduling will not incur additional fees.
Client-initiated cancellations or rescheduling requests are subject to the notice periods and fees stated in your quote or proposal. Where none are stated, requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted project price, and travel already incurred may be billed.
7. Deliverables and Turnaround
Deliverables, formats, and estimated turnaround times are defined in your quote or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables consist of edited photographs and/or finished video, not raw or unedited files. Turnaround estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Files are delivered electronically, and you are responsible for downloading and backing up deliverables within the availability period stated at delivery (30 days if not stated).
8. Intellectual Property and Licensing
Drone Tec Pro retains copyright in all photographs, video, and other content we create. Upon payment in full, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for the purposes described in your project request or quote (for example, marketing, documentation, or internal use). Uses beyond that scope, resale, or sublicensing to third parties require our prior written consent.
Unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins, we may display project imagery in our portfolio, on the Site, on social media, and in promotional materials. We will honor reasonable confidentiality requests.
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the Jequavius character and story, is owned by or licensed to Drone Tec Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
9. Nature of Services; No Professional Conclusions
Drone Tec Pro provides visual imagery and data. Unless specifically contracted and appropriately qualified to do so, we do not provide engineering, structural, surveying, appraisal, insurance, legal, or other specialized professional opinions or conclusions. Imagery of roofs, structures, construction progress, or other subjects is provided for visual reference, and any assessment or decision based on that imagery is your responsibility and should be made in consultation with qualified professionals.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SIGNED AGREEMENT, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DELIVERABLES WILL MEET REQUIREMENTS NOT COMMUNICATED TO US IN WRITING BEFORE THE PROJECT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRONE TEC PRO AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A PROJECT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PROJECT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drone Tec Pro from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to obtain required property access or permissions, your use of deliverables beyond the licensed scope, or inaccurate information you provide to us.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not affect projects already confirmed under a written quote or proposal.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement, quote, or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drone Tec Pro regarding the Site and Services.
